THE BABAGANEWZ 10 COMMANDMENTS
Welcome to BabagaNewz.com! We want everyone to have a great time using our site, so we’ve developed a few “commandments” to make sure that you stay safe and have a blast here.
1. Be safe. Never give out or post your full name, street address, e-mail address or telephone number. Don’t ask anyone else for this private information.
2. Use a screen name. You can have a special online identity! Make up a screen name that reflects your personality or interests, but doesn’t give too much personal information. Your screen name should not contain your real name, but it can be something fun like RedSox4Ever or LighteningBug. You can use your screen name to sign your submissions to BabagaNewz.com.
3. Do unto others. We encourage you to post your thoughts and feelings, ask or answer questions, and review books on BabagaNewz.com. Remember to always use polite language and keep in mind the feelings of others.
4. Stay on the topic. If you post a message or a review, be sure to stick to the topic.
5. Your posts may not appear. Sometimes when you send a message to BabagaNewz.com, it may not show up on the site right away. Sometimes it won’t show up at all. Remember, if you send something that breaks the rules, BabagaNewz.com may not post it. We want BabagaNewz.com to be a safe place for everyone, so we try to read all messages before we put them up.
6. Once is enough. If you send a message for posting, you only have to send it once. If it doesn’t get posted, it may be because you gave too much personal information or you broke one of the rules.
7. Only send us material that you wrote yourself. We encourage you to send us your own words. You need permission from the author to post anything you didn’t write yourself.
8. No yelling. DON’T WRITE IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. ONLINE, THAT’S LIKE SHOUTING!
9. You give us permission to use what you send us. When you send something to us, you are giving us the right to use it on the web site, in the BabagaNewz magazine or elsewhere. If you don’t want us to use something, let us know when you send it.
10. Have fun on BabagaNewz.com! This rule is the most important!
