Ingredients:
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup very warm water (105–115 degrees)
- 1 whole egg + 2 yolks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil (+ 1 teaspoon for bowl)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4-1/2 – 5-1/2 cups flour
- 1 small sweet potato
- pareve chocolate chips
- 1 egg yolk + 1 teaspoon water (for brushing)
- margarine & cornmeal (for baking sheets)
